Podiatrist David F. Holz David died on September 19, 2008  in Colorado at age 57, leaving a wife, Claire, and three sons, Max, Sam and Zach. David founded the Allied Foot and Ankle Clinics with a partner 26 years prior to his death. He was a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. David was a pitcher for the Denver synagogue softball league's championship team. He volunteered on a monthly basis for more than 10 years at the People's Clinic in Boulder and he saw patients as a volunteer for the 9 News Health Fair. At Heights, he was a member of BAT fraternity. He earned his bachelor's degree from Miami University where he was a member of ZBT. He then earned his DPM degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He also studied at the University of Denver.
