David was killed by a drunk driver in Gahanna, Ohio in April of 1995.
He is survived by Sherrie L. Kass - Roth, Bethamie Kass Epstein and Joshua A. Kass.

David was my best friend from Junior High at Roosevelt until his death in April 1995, at the hands of a drunk driver. I still grieve for him and visit his widow whenever I am in Columbus. God Bless his memory.
