I have known Joyce since our days at Taylor elementary... She was a smart and beautiful person who fought a long long battle with breast cancer and reached out and touched the lives of so very many. I was privileged to visit her in California a year before she passed away.. she was vibrant, positive and full of life, her loss was felt by so many who knew and loved her. I am certain she is missed every day by someone whose life she touched.
