A great friend with a great sense of humor.  He was always looking to do something for someone else.  I never heard Jeff say he couldn't do anything - he was the most positive person ever.

I remember him best from Roxboro Jr Hlgh. Great guy. We lost touch in high school. Found the following and thought it tells us a bit about his life after 1968.

I was not aware of Jeff's all too early passing until this morning.  He was a leader who inspired his peers as well as those younger than himself.  Zichrono L'vracha.

I don't remember that many folks from Roxboro and Hts.High, but Jeffrey Hurwitz was a swell guy: sweet, gentle, and kind.  I am sad to hear he is no longer with us.
